How Did We Help?

Francis Venues, which recently acquired Boronia Hotel from the Zagames Group, engaged Enercom Energy to help advise on the takeover and settlement of their energy agreement. Due to their being an existing agreement in place we had to look at a contract novation and we also negotiated with the energy retailer to provide a reduced rate for the incoming new owners. 

The Result

Enercom Energy broker team successfully negotiated a cheaper energy rate with the energy retailer, and also were able to facilitate a smooth transition from the previous owners over to the new incoming owners without penalty or termination fees. We were able to save approximately $53,000 over the term for the new owners compared to the previous owner’s agreement, achieving a fantastic outcome for both parties involved.
